About Southwest Safety Services
Southwest Safety Services is a successful Safety and Emergency Management Consulting and Training business that is proudly owned by a Service-Disabled American Veteran. Originally founded in 1996 as Southwest Safety Foundation, growth necessitated the business becoming an LLC as Southwest Safety Services.
Unique in the Safety and Emergency Management arena, Southwest Safety Services utilizes a “team approach” and routinely provides two (2) instructors for many of the courses and programs we support. Our clientele have discovered this approach leads to safer training (such as Team Training for Confined Space or Trench Rescue) and a much more dynamic classroom environment. We do, at the client’s request, provide single instructor training programs as well.
Our goal is to provide each client the close attention to detail that we would appreciate ourselves. Additionally, we will not short-change any client by over-taxing our resources. Specifically, we will not accept new work at the expense of providing superb support to an existing client; nor will we undertake any project that we do not believe we can completely and successfully support.
Southwest Safety Services’ Safety Team is a collection of experienced and seasoned professionals. Our “talent pool” actually lives, eats, and sleeps the programs that we support. Each team member is specifically selected for each program based upon their professional skills as well as their people skills.
